Maureen A. Bonnar

Maureen A. (MacAleese) Bonnar of Quincy, died October 4, 2015. Maureen enjoyed spending time with her family, especially with her grandson, James, and her special angels, her 4 sisters. She loved embroidery and making craft projects to share with her family and friends.  

Beloved wife of 33 years to Peter Bonnar of Quincy. Devoted mother of John James Bonnar and his wife Jasmine of TX and the late Kelly Ann Bonnar. Cherished “Nana” of James Miguel Bonnar. Loving daughter of Cathy MacAleese of North Weymouth and the late John F. MacAleese. Dear sister of Theresa MacAleese of Quincy, Sheila Chernicki and her husband Peter of Hanson, Bernadette MacAleese of Weymouth and Nina MacNeill and her husband John of Weymouth. Loving aunt of Cassie, Brendan, Caitlin, Meghan and Joshua. Maureen is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.  

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Wednesday 4-8 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home SOUTH WEYMOUTH at 809 Main Street (Rte 18 opp. So. Shore Hospital) 

Relatives and friends will gather in the funeral home at 9 AM on Thursday prior to the Funeral Mass in St. Jerome Church, Weymouth at 10 AM.

Burial in Blue Hill Cemetery, Braintree.
