Mary Theresa Donovan

Donovan, Mary Theresa (Connelly) of Quincy died April 23, 2008. Beloved husband of 49 years and 10 months to Jeremiah J. Donovan of Quincy. Beloved mother of Michael P. and his wife Joann Donovan of Attleboro, Deirdre A. Page of Peaks Island, ME, and Maura F. Slawinski of Old Town, ME. Loving sister of Frances Connelly of Braintree, and the late John Connelly. Dear sister-in-law of Laurette Connelly of Harrisburg, PA. Cherished grandmother of Ryan Donovan, Scott and Theresa Slawinski. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Mary worked at Jeremiah E. Burke High School in her younger years and then as a Medical Technician for VA Hospital in Jamaica Plain. She and her husband were volunteers with D.S.S. for over 15 years. Mary was an artist who loved to paint. She was very proud of her family and will be sadly missed by them. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral from the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St. QUINCY, Monday at 9 AM. Funeral Mass in Sacred Heart Church, N. Quincy at 10:00 AM. Visiting hours Sunday 2 – 6 PM. Burial will be private.
