Mary T. Harold

Harold, Mary T. of Wollaston, died on September 20, 2010. She was 84. Beloved daughter of the late Bernard and Annie (McLaughlin) Harold. Loving sister of Rita M. Paone and her husband Ugo of Braintree and the late Lillian E. Murray and Ruth J. Essiambre. Cherished aunt of many nieces, nephews, grand-niece, grand-nephews and great-grand nieces and nephews. Mary was born in Everett and graduated from Malden High School in 1944. She worked as a retail buyer for many years for Filene’s and later, Calverts, retiring in 1990. She enjoyed theater, concerts and the symphony. Mary was also an avid reader and loved to travel, especially to her second home in Ireland. She will be sadly missed. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visitation Monday at 9 AM, in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock Street, QUINCY. A Funeral Mass will follow in St. Ann’s Church at 10 AM. Burial in Mt. Wollaston Cemetery, Quincy. In lieu of flowers donations in memory of Mary may be made to the Joslin Juvenile Diabetes Center, 1 Joslin Place, Boston, MA 02215.
