Hagan, Mary T. (Fennelly) of Quincy, passed away September 16, 2017.
Mary was born in Newfoundland, Canada. She was an active parishioner at St. Ann’s Church in Quincy. She loved to line dance and to stay active; she frequented the YMCA and Planet Fitness. Mary also loved to walk. She was known for getting dressed up and enjoyed coordinating her outfits. Mary will be remembered for being a kind, gentle, caring soul who had a strong faith. She deeply loved her family, especially her brothers and sisters. Everyone who had the pleasure of meeting Mary loved her. She will be sadly missed.
Daughter to the late John and Beatrice Fennelly. Caring wife to the late Clarence Hagan. Loving mom to Valerie Hagan of Quincy, Arvella Hagan of Braintree, and the late Christine Hagan and David Hagan. Cherished sister to the late Patrick Fennelly and his surviving wife Mary of St. John’s, Canada, Martin Fennelly and his late wife Myrtle of St. John’s, Canada, Adrian Fennelly and his wife Judith of Nova Scotia, Canada, John Fennelly (Jr.) and his wife Liz of Ontario, Pauline Fennelly of Los Angeles, CA, Vonnie Walsh and her late husband Michael of St. John’s, Canada, Leonnie MacDonald and her late husband Freddie of St. John’s, Canada. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends and extended relatives.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Tuesday 4-8 PM in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., QUINCY. A Celebration of Life Service will be held in the funeral home at 9:15 AM on Wednesday prior to the Funeral Mass in St. Ann’s Church, Quincy at 10 AM. Burial in Cedar Grove Cemetery, Boston.
