Mary Rose Erickson

Erickson, Mary Rose (McDonough) April 9, 2002 at MA General Hospital, after a courageous battle at the age of 79. From North Quincy, formerly of Hyde Park and Milton, beloved mother of Kathleen Engelke Denaro and dear grandmother of Michael Joseph Denaro and Lisa Marie Denaro of North Quincy. Loving sister of Helen O’Neill of Michigan and the late Margaret Elizabeth McDonough, Thomas, Daniel & Rose McDonough. Several nieces & nephews also survive. Private services will be held. A homemaker, Mary was an accomplished crocheter. She enjoyed animals and she will be missed by Daisy and Jesse. Her favorite things included springtime, Irish music, shopping, old movies, and time with her grandchildren.A Catholic, Mary was a member of the Sacred Heart Parish in North Quincy.
