Mary M. Salem

Salem, Mary M. (Tempesta) of Randolph, August 21, 2009. Beloved wife of the late N. Edward Salem. Loving mother of Joan M. Salem of Quincy and George F. Salem and his partner Gary Boatman of CA. Sister of Alfred Tempesta of Weymouth and the late Theresa Fraser, Frank Tempesta, Lena Kontanis, Joseph Tempesta, Nancy Barbrick and Paul Tempesta. Mary’s family was the focus of her life. She enjoyed spending time with them and her wide circle of close friends. Mrs. Salem participated in many church events and senior citizen programs with her friends. Mary had a wonderful sense of humor and had the ability to get along with everyone. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours Thursday 4-8 PM in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock Street, QUINCY. A Celebration of Life Service will be held in the funeral home at 9:15 AM on Friday prior to the Funeral Mass in Saint Ann’s Church, Wollaston at 10 AM. Burial in Pine Hill Cemetery, Quincy.
