Phelan, Mary L. (Koch) of Quincy, June 24, 2003. Beloved wife of 65 years of Sylvester W. “Bud” Phelan. Loving mother of Vincent R. Phelan of Newfoundland, Lt. William S. Phelan, Quincy Fire Dept., of Quincy, Francis X. Phelan of Braintree, and Ann-Marie LaPointe of Quincy. Sister of Karl J. Koch of Quincy, Ann Byrne of California, and the late Leo Koch, Richard J. Koch, Paul Koch and Francisca Jackson. Also survived by 6 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the Funeral from the Keohane Funeral Home 785 Hancock St. , WOLLASTON Friday at 9:00 AM. Funeral Mass in Sacred Heart Church, North Quincy at 10:00 AM. Visiting hours Thursday 2:00 – 4:00 and 7:00 – 9:00 PM. Burial in Blue Hill Cemetery, Braintree.
