Mary L. O’Malley

O’Malley, Mary L. (McBrine ) of Quincy, died November 13, 2009. The beloved wife of the late John J. O’Malley. Loving mother of John J. O’Malley of Milton. Thomas O’Malley of Topsfield, Paul O’Malley of Quincy, Janet O’Malley of Milton and Maureen Atchison of Pembroke. Sister of Eleanor Daley of Marshfield, Robert McBrine of Shirley and the late Kay Banks, Joseph, William and James McBrine. Mary is also survived by 9 grandchildren. Mary was born in Boston and grew up in Dorchester. She moved to Quincy back in 1951. A devoted wife and mother Mary dedicated her life to her family. She really enjoyed music and dancing especially with her late husband John. Mary will be sadly missed by all those who knew her. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours Monday 4-8pm in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock Street, QUINCY. A Celebration of Life Service will be held in the funeral home at 9:15AM on Tuesday, prior to the Funeral Mass in Sacred Heart Church at 10 AM. Burial in Cedar Grove Cemetery, Dorchester.
