Mary L. Brenton

Brenton, Mary L. (Quish) of Quincy, died peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on April 27, 2022.

Born on December 9, 1961 in Boston, she was a cherished daughter of the late George and Alvera (Ferrera) Quish. Everyone that knew Mary understood the immense love and attention that she gave her family. She met the love of her life Matthew fifteen years ago at Martin Electrical School in Norwood while she was working as an accountant and he was taking classes. Their love blossomed from there and two years later they were married. She was very family oriented and would do anything for her daughter, Cali and granddaughter, Vera Rose. Mary enjoyed riding her motorcycle and making people laugh. She was a warm, loving, and caring woman with a huge heart and truly the heart of her family. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Loving wife of Matthew Brenton of Quincy. Cherished mother of Cali Brenton of Quincy and beloved Nana of Vera Rose of Quincy. Devoted sister of Louise Mary McDougall of Kingston, Michael George Quish of Weymouth and also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to greet the family during the visiting hours on Tuesday 4-7:30 PM in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., QUINCY followed by a prayer service at 7:30 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Mary may be made to American Cancer Society, 3 Speen Street, Suite 250, Framingham, MA 01701.
