O’Brien, Mary J. (Koscinski) of South Boston, August 11, 2006. Beloved wife of the late William J. O’Brien. Loving mother of Karen M. and her husband Robert Flaherty of Quincy, and the late William, Lorraine Conway, Thomas and Brian O’Brien. Longtime companion of the late Angelo Barbaro. Sister of the late Edna Boyle, John, Joseph and Stanley Koscinski. Also survived by 12 grandchildren and many great grandchildren. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral service in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., WOLLASTON, Wednesday at 10:30 AM. Visiting hours Tuesday 4-8 PM. Burial in New Calvary Cemetery, Jamaica Plain. Donations in memory of Mrs. O’Brien may be made to Marian Manor, 130 Dorchester St. South Boston, MA 02127. Mary enjoyed cooking and gardening. She loved and enjoyed her pets over the years.
