Kelley, Mary F. (Bonanno) of Quincy formerly of Braintree, died October 31, 2014.
Beloved wife of the late Andrew J. Kelley. Loving mother of Andrew Kelley III and his wife Connie of Ohio, Karen Clark of Rockland and Maryann Thompson and her husband Thomas of Scituate. Sister of Lillian Marotta, Joseph Bonanno and Nancy Herl all of Florida and the late Margaret Arena, Josephine Demeo, Anthony and Frank Bonanno. Cherished grandmother of Jennifer Heis of Ohio, Brian Clark of Braintree, Andrew Kelley IV of Arkansas and Ryan Kelley of Ohio. Mary is also lovingly survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
Mary grew up in South Boston and lived in the Wollaston section of Quincy for many years before moving to Braintree. Mary was a lead processor at Jordon Marsh Warehouse in Quincy for 17 years before retiring. She was a member of the Braintree Senior Citizens, St. Mary’s West Quincy Seniors and volunteered at 1000 Southern Artery when ever she had the time. Mary enjoyed walking, watching Red Sox and Bruins games and was an avid reader. Most importantly Mary loved her family who were the cornerstone of her life. She will be greatly missed by all who had the pleasure to have known her.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Tuesday 4-8 PM in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., QUINCY. A Celebration of Life Service will be held in the funeral home at 9:15 AM on Wednesday prior to the Funeral Mass in St. Ann’s Church, Quincy at 10 AM. Burial in MA National Cemetery, Bourne.
