Mary Ellen Berlo

Berlo, Mary Ellen (Joyce) of Quincy formerly of Charlestown January 21, 2009. Beloved daughter of the late Michael and Mary (Donahue) Joyce. Devoted mother of Mary Anne and her husband Steven Galvin of Milton, James Berlo, Jr. of So. Boston, Jeannie Kelley and her husband Brian Kelly of Quincy and Susan and her husband Kevin Morrissey of Quincy. Loving sister of the late Thomas Joyce. Cherished grandmother of Christina, Savannah and April. Mary Ellen grew up in South Boston and later moved to Charlestown. She has resided in Quincy for the last 5 years. She was currently employed as a clerk for the Post Office in Chelsea where she had worked for many years. Mary Ellen loved spending time with her grandchildren, shopping, going to the beach and playing the lottery. She will be sadly missed by all those who knew her.
