Mary E. Welch

Welch, Mary E. (Savoie) of Hingham, died July 9, 2012. Beloved wife of the late John C. Welch. Loving mother of John D. Welch and his wife Jill of Hingham and Kathleen Welch and her husband Christopher Casey of Hingham. Sister of Margaret Stratton of Braintree, William Savoie of Baltimore, MD ,Anne Casanova of Hingham and the late Joseph, Leonard, Edward, Leo, Richard, James and Robert Savoie, Cherished grandmother of Derrick Smith and his wife Adrian of Waltham, Haleigh, John, Thomas and Christina Welch all of Hingham. Mary was born and raised in Quincy and settled in Hingham in 1961 where she raised her family. She was an avid reader and Red Sox’s fan. Mary enjoyed crossword and jigsaw puzzles. Mary’s passion in life was loving and caring for her family. She will be missed by all who had the pleasure to have known her. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Thursday 4-7 PM in the Pyne Keohane Funeral Home, 21 Emerald St. (off Central St.), HINGHAM. A Funeral Service will be celebrated in the Pyne Keohane Funeral Home, Hingham Friday at 10am. Burial in High Street Cemetery, Hingham.
