Courtney, Mary E. (Kelley) of Boston, formerly of Quincy September 2, 2007. Wife of the late Albert T. Rouse and William J. Courtney. Devoted mother of Mary Irwin of Plymouth, Catherine Sheckleton of Rockland, Patricia Thorley-Allan of Plymouth, Anne Marie Rouse-Bolger of Taunton, and the late Albert T. Rouse, Jr. and Edward L. Rouse. Loving sister of Lillian Moran of S. Boston, Rita Kinneavey of S. Boston, Robert E. Kelley of Weymouth, and the late Claire Putis, and Anna Donovan. Also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral from the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., WOLLASTON, Thursday at 9:00 AM. Funeral Mass in Saint Ann’s Church, Wollaston at 10:00 AM. Visiting hours Wednesday 4 – 8 PM. Burial in New Calvary Cemetery, Boston. Donations in memory of Mary E. Courtney may be made to Alzheimers Assn., MA Chapter, 311 Arsenal St., Watertown, MA 02472. Mary was an Administrative Secretary for the MA Division of Insurance for over 42 years. Mary was an avid reader and enjoyed crossword puzzles. She loved to travel, and had done so all over the United States and to England. Most of all, her family was everthing to her.
