Mary E. Karaberis

Karaberis, Mary Ellen (Brosnahan) “Auntie Mary” of Quincy, April 2, 2008. Daughter of the late James J. Brosnahan and Catherine A. (Flavin). Devoted wife of the late Theodore Karaberis. Beloved sister of the late Barbara A. Principato. Cherished sister-in-law of Alphonse A. Principato of Wollaston. Adored “Auntie” to Donna P. Sawyer and her husband Robert of Canton & Centerville, Paul J. Principato and his wife Donna of N. Quincy and Catherine E. McNamara and her husband John of Underhill, VT. Devoted “Great Auntie” to Julia and Paige Sawyer, Joseph and Nicole Principato and Allison and Aidan McNamara. Mary was born and raised in Boston, a graduate of St. Patrick’s High School in Roxbury. She was a Medical Secretary for Upjohn Pharmaceuticals in Needham. Mary was a talented pianist, lover of animals and a friend to all. She loved spending time with her family. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral from the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., QUINCY, Friday at 9:30 AM. Funeral Mass in St. Ann’s Church, Wollaston at 10:30 AM. Visitation prior to Mass.
