Mary E. Haefner

Haefner, Mary E. of Weymouth, passed away after a long illness February 28, 2017.

Mary grew up in Jamaica Plain later moving to Weymouth. Mary earned her Associates Degree in Accounting at Quincy College. An Avid Red Sox fan, Mary was also a proud Mom and Gram. She enjoyed spending time with her family at Old Orchard Beach. Everyone who met her loved her.

Beloved wife of the late Robert Haefner. Daughter of the late David and Elizabeth Lowson. Loving Mom of Jean Kane of Rockland, Lynda Ross of Weymouth and Heidi Stanton also of Weymouth. Cherished sister of Elizabeth and Bud Hanson of Falmouth and the late Nancy Latham. Treasured Gram of Brittany, Autumn, Anthony, Sean and Braiden and soon to be Great Gram of Kayden. Dear friend of Janice and Pat. 

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Friday 10-12 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home EAST WEYMOUTH at 3 Charles Street (corner of Charles & Middle Street). A funeral service will be celebrated on Friday at 12 PM in McDonald Keohane Funeral Home. Burial in Forest Hills Cemetery, Boston.
