Mary E. Cronin

Cronin, Mary E. of Quincy, died on December 30, 2010 at the age of 58. Beloved daughter of Neil and Rita (Goff) Cronin of Quincy. Loving sister of Kathe Cronin and her husband Phil Rice of Roslindale, Steve Cronin and his wife Amy of Squantum, Michael Cronin of Williamsburg, VA and his partner Tomoyuki Sasaki, Annemarie Tucker and her husband Mike of Maynard and the late Neil Cronin. Also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Mary worked as an Assembler for Electroswitch in Weymouth for about 35 years. She was passionate about fundraising for Muscular Dystrophy for over 30 years, raising almost $40,000 dollars. Mary also enjoyed reading, music, movies and walking at Castle Island. She had a beautiful personality and warmth that people gravitated towards. She will be sadly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours Sunday 4 – 8 PM in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock Street, QUINCY. A Celebration of Life Service will be held in the funeral home at 10:15AM on Monday, prior to the Funeral Mass in Sacred Heart Church at 11 AM. Burial in Cedar Grove Cemetery, Dorchester.
