Brady, Mary Celestine (Lee) of Hingham, formerly of Waltham died August 17, 2012. Beloved wife of the late Joseph E. Brady. Loving mother of Mary Lee Ingoldsby and her husband Michael of Hingham and Robert J. Brady and his wife M.J. of Laconia, NH. Sister of the late Robert, Joseph, Thomas, Henry, Michael and Albert Lee. Cherished grandmother of Michael Ingoldsby of Dorchester, Patrick Ingoldsby of Millis, Robert, Jennifer and Shawn Brady all of Burlington. Great-grandmother of Braden, Olivia, Lily, Caleb and Ashlyn. Mary was born, raised and educated in Bath, Maine. Due to the economic constraints of the times, she lived most of her young life with several of her siblings at the State Military Naval Children’s Home in Bath Maine. She married Joseph in 1943 and eventually settled in Waltham where she lived for many years before moving to Hingham. She was past president of The Regis College Guild and a member of The Sodality at Our Lady Comforter of the Afflicted Church in Waltham. Mary was an avid reader and enjoyed all crafts, knitting and needlework. Most of all Mary loved her family who were the cornerstone of her life. She had many friends and loving caregivers at Southwood Nursing Facility in Norwell, Mass. She will be missed by all who had the pleasure to have known her. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Monday 4-7 PM in the Pyne Keohane Funeral Home, 21 Emerald St. (off Central St.), HINGHAM. A Celebration of Life Service will be held in the funeral home at 9:15 AM on Tuesday prior to the Funeral Mass in Church of the Resurrection, Hingham at 10 AM. Burial in Newton Cemetery.
