McGarty, Mary C. of Hyde Park died June 1, 2018.

Loving mother of Patrick J. McGarty and his girlfriend Stephanie Vetter of Roslindale. Daughter of the late Peter P. and Catherine F. McGarty Sister of Peter C. McGarty of Dorchester, Catherine A. Jensen and her husband George of Quincy, Joseph McGarty and his wife Carol of Quincy, Michael McGarty and his wife Sharon of Braintree, Eileen Coulter and her husband Michael of Randolph and Paul McGarty and his girlfriend Bayti Girma of Boston. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Mary graduated from St. Claire’s High School in Roslindale – Class of 1981. Mary will be remembered as a devoted mother, a loving sister, and a woman who had a great personality and enjoyed life to the fullest. She will be sadly missed, but never forgotten.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Thursday 4-8 PM in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., QUINCY. A Celebration of Life Service will be held in the funeral home at 9:15 AM on Friday prior to the Funeral Mass in Sacred Heart Church, Quincy at 10 AM. Burial in New Calvary Cemetery, Boston.
