White, Mary A. (Hohmann) of Quincy, October 5, 2004. Wife of the late Francis E. White, Sr. Beloved and devoted Mother of Francis E. White, Jr. of Quincy, Linda Connolly of South Dennis, Barbara Cutting of Hingham, Kathy DeLorey Bedard of Chazy, NY and Virginia Bedard of Florida and Cape Cod. Cherished Sister of the late Carl Hohmann. Mary is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral from the Keohane Funeral Home 785 Hancock St. , WOLLASTON Saturday at 9 AM. Funeral Mass in Sacred Heart Church, No. Quincy at 10 AM. Visiting hours Friday 4-8 PM. Burial in Mt. Wollaston Cemetery, Quincy. Mary worked in the admitting office at Quincy Hospital for 20 years, retiring back in 1979. She loved to play poker and enjoyed her trips to Foxwoods. She volunteered at Meals on Wheels and helped put together baskets for needy families at Thanksgiving and Christmas. Mary was born in Quincy, she graduated from North Quincy High School Class “1939” and she lived in Quincy for more than 75 years before moving down to South Dennis 5 years ago. Donations in memory of Mrs. White may be made to The Vest Foundation, 1020 West County Road F., St. Paul , Minnesota 55126. This organization supplies necessary breathing equipment for those who have respiratory problems.
