Martin T. “Matty” Healy, of Quincy, passed away September 15, 2016.

Cherished son of the late Timothy and Mary J. (Keane) Healy both of Galway, Ireland. Loving father of Shane Healy, of California and Liam Healy of Amesbury. Loved and supported by his former wife, Thora Conrad, of Amesbury. Brother of Kathleen and her husband, Michael Conroy, of Holbrook, Brian Healy and his wife, Nicole, of Quincy, Julie and her husband, Martin Higgins, of Braintree, the late Timothy F. Healy, and his wife, Amy, of Quincy. Uncle of Meghan, Erin, Aidan, Brendan, Ryan, Ronan, Nolan and Declan. Also survived by many supportive aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Matty was a member of Laborer’s Union Local # 133, Quincy, for many years. Matty’s pride and joy were his two sons, Shane and Liam, who he loved unconditionally. He will be dearly missed by all those that knew him.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Matty’s Funeral Mass on Friday at 10:30 AM in Sacred Heart Church, 386 Hancock Street, Quincy. Burial will follow in Pine Hill Cemetery, Quincy.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to The Gavin Foundation, c/o John McGahan, Divine Recovery Center, 70 Devine Way, South Boston, MA 02127.
