Mark Sweeney

Sweeney, Mark of Boston January 27, 2008. Beloved son of Geraldine P. of Lakeville and the late Gerard S. Sweeney. Loving brother of Luke Sweeney & wife Brenda and Sean Sweeney, all of Lakeville. Loving uncle of Gerard, Amanda, Alexandra, & Colleen. Also survived by his beloved chihuahuas Honey & Daisy. Mark worked as the First Assistant Corporate Counsel for the City of Boston for many years. He loved the City of Boston and enjoyed his relationships with his co-workers. Among his many interests were music, yoga, the outdoors, the French language, and the Boston Symphony Orchestra. Mark grew up in Milton, he was a graduate of St. Agatha’s Grammer School, Thayer Academy, Northeastern University and Suffolk Law School. He will be greatly missed by those who knew him. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral from the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., QUINCY, Wednesday at 9:15 AM. Funeral Mass in Saint Agatha’s Church, Milton at 10:30 AM. Visiting hours Tuesday 4-8 PM. Burial in Milton Cemetery.
