Mark L. Wigandt

Wigandt, Mark L. of Hingham, died August 12, 2015. Beloved husband of Patricia Wigandt of Hingham. Cherished father of Allison Wigandt of Hingham.  Loving son of Janice Chandler of Hull and the late Lawrence Wigandt. Brother of David Wigandt of FL. Also survived by his mother-in-law Anna G. McDermott of Rockland and the late Charles McDermott. 

Mark was born in Boston and grew up in Randolph where he graduated from Randolph High School in 1976.  He was a plant manager for the National Coating Corp and worked there for 36 years. Mark was a sports fan, he loved the  Boston Bruins & the New England Patriots. He enjoyed bike riding and vacationing in Maine and Cape Cod but what mattered the most to him was taking care of his family and all those people he loved. He will be sorely missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him. 

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the Memorial Service and Celebration of Mark’s life on Thursday 8/27 at 11 AM in the Quincy Point Congregational Church, 444 Washington St. Quincy. In lieu of flowers donations in Mark’s memory may be made to a charity of your choice.
