Mark B. French

Mark B. French of Weymouth (formerly of Brockton and Holbrook), passed away April 2, 2022. He was born in Brockton to the late Frances and Luther. He attended Holbrook High School, Class of 1974. Mark worked for many years as a welder for Millard Metals. He enjoyed staying active with camping, hiking, skiing, running, and playing pool. Mark treasured the time he spent with his family, he will be sorely missed by all who knew and loved him.

Beloved husband of 35 years to Kathleen L. (Cavanaugh) French of Weymouth. Loving father of Andrea French and her spouse John Cannon of Salem and a trusted proxy guardian of her sister Michelle Spinney of Bourne. Dear brother of Jon French and his wife Betty, the late David French and his wife Linda, the late James French and his late wife Doris, the late Laura Skeen and her late husband Gerry, the late Thomas French and his late wife Susan, Anne Paul and her late husband Gene, and Philip French and his wife Marianne. Cherished Papa of Jayden, Delaney and Jacinda Cannon. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, godchildren, friends, and extended family members.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to greet the family during the visiting hours on Friday 4-7 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home SOUTH WEYMOUTH at 809 Main Street (Rte 18 opp. So. Shore Hospital). Relatives and friends will gather in the funeral home at 9 AM on Saturday prior to the Funeral Mass in St. Albert the Great Church, Weymouth at 10 AM.
