Marilyn Perette

Marilyn (Pitts) Perette age 78 a lifelong resident of Weymouth passed away Feb. 26, 2013. 

Beloved wife of 60 years of Albert Joseph Perette.  Devoted mother of Michael Perette of N. Falmouth, Robert Perette of Weymouth Jon Perette of Scituate and Joseph Perette of Weymouth.  Sister of Carol Hemingway of Cotuit and the late Jacquelyn Mills.  Loving grandmother of Michael, Julie, Katie, Matt, Jeffrey, Jenna, Bobby and Piper.  Great grandmother of Max, Jayden and James Rocco and Gavin.  Daughter of the late Lawrence and Katherine (Thompson) Pitts. 

Marilyn grew up in Weymouth, graduating from Weymouth High School, Class of 1952. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and friend.  Her family was the essence of all that was important to her and she was always there for them whenever they needed her.  The Perette family and friends have lost a dear confidant and friend and Marilyn will truly be missed by all who’ve known and loved her throughout her years.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend visiting hours on Sunday from 2:00 – 6:00 P.M. in the McDonald Funeral Home, NORTH WEYMOUTH at 40 Sea St. (off Rte 3-A).  Relatives and friends will gather in the funeral home at 9:00 A.M. on Monday prior to the Funeral Mass in Immaculate Conception Church, Weymouth at 10:00 A.M.  Interment, Old North Cemetery, North Weymouth. In lieu of flowers, donations may be  made in Marilyn’s memory to the North Weymouth Cemetery Association, P.O. Box 146, North Weymouth, MA. 02191.
