Marilyn F. Walsh

WALSH, Marilyn F. (Lane) age 78 of Hingham, died peacefully on Tuesday, May 10, 2011 at Brigham & Women’s Hospital. Daughter of the late Richard & Catherine (Kelly) Lane. Marilyn was one of nine children in Mattapan. The beloved wife of 56 years to Archie J. Walsh of Hingham. Loving mother of Stephen Walsh and his wife Lynne of Freeport, ME, John Walsh and his wife Donna of Westport, Daniel Walsh of Plymouth, Mary Louise Dynan and her husband John of Norwell and the late Kathleen Walsh. Marilyn was the proud and loving grandmother to Catherine & Christine Walsh, William, Matthew and Collin Walsh and John & Andrew Dynan. Marilyn is survived by her twin sister Madeline Feldman of Braintree and Ruth O’Sullivan of Milton and the late Joseph Lane, Priscilla Jacobus, Catherine Meithe, Helen Callahan, Alice Robertson and Evelyn Lane. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Friday 4-8pm in the Pyne Keohane Funeral Home, 21 Emerald St. (off Central St. ) Hingham. A Celebration of Life Service will be held in the Funeral Home on Saturday at 9:15 am prior to the Funeral Mass in Resurrection Church on Saturday at 10am. Burial in Liberty Plain Cemetery, Hingham.
