Marilyn A. Schmitt

Schmitt, Marilyn A. (McCurdy) of Hingham, formerly of Holbrook, died November 17, 2018.

Marilyn worked as a registered nurse at the former MA Respiratory Hospital in Braintree for many years. She was a selfless woman who lived for her family. Marilyn enjoyed participating in many groups and activities at Linden Ponds, including cards, knitting, and taking classes to continue her love of learning. After retiring, she joined the Linden Ponds Travel Group and enjoyed traveling the world, especially to Panama, where she swam with dolphins. She will be deeply missed.

Beloved mother of Christina DeChene of Salisbury. Devoted grandmother of Hannah DeChene of Amesbury. Loving aunt of Deb Ringer of NY, Marilyn Sprague of ME and Jeanette Kostka of FL.
