Brennan, Marie T. (Hardy) of Weymouth, died suddenly on March 21, 2021.
Marie was a talented artist who saw beauty in everything. She was an antique collector and had many hobbies, including; art, fashion, and interior design. Marie will be remembered for her sense of humor and her smile that could light up a room. Her main passion in life was her family. Especially her children and her siblings, who were her best friends. Marie will be dearly missed by all those who had the pleasure of knowing her.
Beloved mother of her twin girls Abigail Brennan of Bridgewater, Emma Brennan of Rockland, and her son Vincent Brennan of Weymouth. Former wife of Joseph Brennan of Weymouth. Loving daughter of James Hardy of Weymouth, and the late Marie Hardy (Falcione). Cherished sister of James Hardy, Jr. and his wife Kimberly of Hanover, the late Melissa Hardy, the late Thomas Hardy and his former spouse, Susan Hardy. Caring niece of Catherine Hardy, Jean Maggio, Butch Falcione, the late David Hardy, and the late Robert Hardy. Devoted aunt of Krysten Hardy, Thomas Hardy, MacKennan Mainey, Gavin Hardy, and Grace Hardy, and adored great aunt of Jordyn and Layla Geary. Godmother of Grace Hardy. Marie is also survived by many cousins, extended family and dear friends.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Tuesday 3-7 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home NORTH WEYMOUTH at 40 Sea Street (off Route 3A – Bicknell Square). Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday in Immaculate Conception Church, Weymouth at 10:30 AM. Burial in Cedar Grove Cemetery, Boston.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Marie may be made to D.O.V.E., PO Box 690267, Quincy, MA 02269.
Normally, the funeral is an opportunity for the community to gather in support of one another. Although some friends may not be able to gather together with Marie’s family at this time, friends may still offer their support by sharing a special memory or message.
