Marie J. Neumeier

Marie J. Neumeier (Viglione) of Weymouth, formerly of East Boston, died June 22, 2015 at the age of 91.

Marie devoted her life to her family. She enjoyed traveling, especially to Hawaii, shopping, dinner trips and traveling with the Weymouth Senior Citizens Group. She had previously worked in retail at J.M. Fields and Sears.

Wife of the late Edward W. Neumeier. Loving mother of Anne Bryan and husband Richard of Holbrook, Mark Neumeier and wife Jeanne of South Weymouth, and Robert Neumeier and wife Michelle of Watertown. Devoted grandmother of Christopher Bryan, Sean Bryan, Richard Hume, Brandon Hume, Jordan Hume and Michael Friedmann. Also survived by 6 great grandchildren. Sister of Patricia Benson of Attleboro and the late Jean Benson.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Thursday 4-8 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home SOUTH WEYMOUTH at 809 Main Street (Rte 18 opp. So. Shore Hospital).  Relatives and friends will gather in the funeral home at 10:15 AM on Friday prior to the Funeral Mass in Sacred Heart Church, Weymouth at 11 AM. Burial in Blue Hill Cemetery, Braintree. Donations in memory of Marie may be made to the Alzheimers Assn., MA Chapter, 480 Pleasant St., Watertown, MA 02472.
