Marie C. Gilligan

Gilligan, Marie C. (Campoli) of Weymouth, died surrounded by her loving family on March 25, 2023. She was 78.

Born and raised in Weymouth to the late Thomas and Catherine (Latteo) Campoli. Marie attended local schools and graduated from Weymouth High School Class of 1962. She was a family oriented woman and nothing came before her children. She was a master seamstress and could make anything from outfits to quilts to Halloween costumes and everything in between. Marie also had a passion for Bingo and gambling. She loved her scratch tickets and going to the slot machines. She had a smile that would light up a room and will be truly missed by all who knew her.

Loving mother to Scott Cooper and his wife Jen of Orlando, FL, Amy Goshe and her husband Don of Weymouth, and the late Mark Gilligan. Cherished grandmother of Scott Cooper of Pembroke, Marie Elena of Pembroke, Matthew Cunningham of Brockton, and Catherine Goshe of Weymouth. Sister to the late Linda Wilson. Survived by one great-grandchild and many cousins.
