Marie A. (Azzato) Dubois

Marie Angelina (Azzato) DuBois, of Quincy, died peacefully after a long illness at the New England Sinai Hospital in Stoughton on November 10, 2010. She was 87. Marie was born and raised in Braintree living there until her marriage when she moved to Quincy. Marie is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 62 years, Alfred E. DuBois with whom she enjoyed traveling throughout the United States and Hawaii. She was the exceptionally loving mother of six children; Roland DuBois and his wife Robin of Quincy, Alfred DuBois, Jr. and his wife Michelle of Weymouth, Janet Colby of Brockton, Dana DuBois and his wife Sue of Hyde Park and the late Linda Rogers and Janet’s twin brother who died as an infant. She was also the loving and special “Grammy” to Jaclyn, Aimee, Jason and Brandon, the loving “Great Grammy” to Elijah and the sister of Tommy Azzato of Braintree, and the late Rose “Dolly” Pezzella and Florence Delmonte. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours in the Keohane Funeral Home 785 Hancock St. Quincy on Friday, November 12 from 4:00 – 8:00 PM. A Funeral Service will be celebrated in the funeral home on Saturday at 10:00 AM. Burial will follow in Blue Hill Cemetery, Braintree.
