Marguerite “Margie” (Infascelli) Goodnow, a longtime resident of Quincy, passed away on May 23rd. Margie grew up in Weymouth and graduated from Weymouth High School. She worked for several years at Jordan Marsh before starting her family. Margie became a full-time “super mom”, walking her daughters to school each day, attending painfully long dance recitals, and cheering the loudest at every sporting event. Margie became a childcare provider, allowing several other kids to benefit from her caring and nurturing disposition.
Margie was loved by so many, she was genuine, outgoing, and made friends with everyone. Throughout the years, Margie enjoyed spending each summer at Lake Waukewan, camping, and traveling to Aruba and Hawaii. She loved gardening, concerts, breakfast, watching the Patriots, and spending time with her daughters. Margie is survived by daughters, Jen (Brian) and Michelle (Ashley); siblings, Gino (Joycie), Mike, Carol (Gabe), John, Lisa; several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Margie was predeceased by her parents, Gino and Marguerite; spouse, Robert; and brother, Tom.
