Buscher, Margaret T. (O’Shaughnessy) of Wollaston February 4, 2006. Wife of the late Glendon J. Buscher, Sr. Devoted mother of Glendon J. and his wife Grace M. Buscher, Jr. of Squantum, and Robert C. Buscher and his wife Elizabeth B. March of Northampton. Loving sister of Pauline O’Shaughnessy and Kathleen (Sr. Dominic) O’Shaughnessy both of Oughterard, County Galway, Ireland. Cherished grandmother of Zachary M. Buscher, Rita M. Buscher, and Stephanie A. Buscher. Also survived by many cousins. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral from the Keohane Funeral Home, WOLLASTON, 785 Hancock Street on Thursday at 9:00 AM. Funeral Mass in St. Ann Church Wollaston at 10:00 AM. Visiting hours Wednesday 4 – 8 PM. Burial in Pine Hill Cemetery, Quincy. Margaret graduated from Rotunda Hospital, Dublin Ireland as a Registered Nurse. She came to this country from Ireland in 1953 and become a Registered Nurse here in Massachusetts. She was a long time nurse working both at the Beth Israel Hospital as a Floor Nurse and then at the New England Baptist Hospital as an Operating Room Nurse for over 28 years. She was a well rounded individual and had many friends. She was a member of the Legion of Mary and a communicant at St. Ann’s Church in Wollaston. She volunteered at the Beechwood Community Center with her nursing skills. She was an avid reader and was a member of various book clubs and enjoyed both classical movies and books. Margaret was also active in the Irish Cultural Activities.
