Gallagher, Margaret “Peg” A. (Cambria) of Easton formerly of Quincy, January 10, 2008. Beloved wife of the late Harold J. Gallagher, Jr. Loving mother of Mary Harvell of Lexington, James H. and Michael P. Gallagher both of Easton, John H. Gallagher of TN and Wayne Gallagher of CO. Also survived by 17 grandchildren and 27 great grandchildren. Margaret was born in Quincy and attended Quincy Public Schools. She was a 1947 graduate of North Quincy High School. She was the former owner M&M Card and Gift Shop in Neponset which she owned and operated with her daughter Mary. Peg enjoyed bowling and was the first woman inducted into the Greater Boston Ten Pin Bowling Assoc. Hall of Fame. She loved to knit and crochet. Reading and doing crossword puzzles was one of her favorite pastimes. Above all things Peg was a wonderful Wife,mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral from the Keohane Funeral Home, 333 Hancock St., NORTH QUINCY, Tuesday at 9 AM. Funeral Mass in Saint Ann’s Church, Wollaston at 10:00 AM. Visiting hours Monday 5- 8 PM. Burial in Mt.Wollaston Cemetery, Quincy.
