Margaret M. Glennon

Glennon, Margaret M. (Cleary) of Weymouth, formerly of East Boston, passed away on January 25, 2019 after a brief illness.

Marge enjoyed traveling with family members, luncheons with friends and adoring her grandchildren. She kept in touch with her Newfoundland relatives and enjoyed spending evenings with her community friends at Union Towers. She was devoted to her immediate and extended family members with her home and heart always open for a welcome visitor.

Beloved wife of the late (1986) William H. Glennon III.  Devoted mother of five children: William H. Glennon of London England, Linda M. Glennon and her fiancé Michael T. Callahan of Weymouth Massachusetts, Christopher E. Glennon and wife Patricia M. of Portland Oregon, Lisa M. Tokarz and husband Joseph of Hanover Massachusetts and Jerome P. Glennon of Houston Texas. Cherished Nana of two grandsons: Zachary W. and Derek E. Tokarz. Loving sister of Mary Barker of Winthrop Massachusetts and the late Theresa Ryan, Johanna Maloney and Lawrence Cleary all of the Boston area. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family members.

Relatives and friends will be welcomed by the Family during the visiting hours of 4 – 8 p.m on Friday February 1st in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home South Weymouth Massachusetts, 809 Main Street (Rte 18 opp. So. Shore Hospital). Funeral service will be celebrated in the funeral home on Saturday at 10 AM. Burial in Blue Hill Cemetery, Braintree.
