Margaret C. Sullivan

Mrs. Margaret C. Sullivan, of Braintree, formerly of Naples FL and E. Falmouth passed away on December 31, 2020 from complications of Covid-19. She was 88.

With a lifelong commitment to education, Peggy earned two Masters degrees. She dedicated her career to children, first as a Special Education teacher and later as a School Psychologist in the Town of Braintree. She loved a good bridge game & was a talented artist. She was immensely proud of the family she created with her husband of nearly 65 years. She will be greatly missed.

Loving mother of Walter F. Sullivan and his wife, Paula, of Marshfield, the late Francis J. Sullivan and his wife, Catherine, of Wilmington, NC, Stephen G. Sullivan of Palm Springs, CA, and Susan M. Holzman and her husband, Michael, of Marshfield.  Sister of the late Ann Dooley Smith. Cherished Grandmother to Michael, Cameron, Victoria, and Julliane Sullivan, and Matthew and Jennifer Holzman.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Monday, January 11th, from 4-7 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home SOUTH WEYMOUTH at 809 Main Street (Rte 18 opp. So. Shore Hospital).

A Funeral Mass will be offered on Tuesday, January 12th, in St. Clare’s Church, Braintree at 10 AM.

Burial will follow in Blue Hill Cemetery, Braintree.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Margaret’s memory may be made to Perkins School for the Blind, 175 N. Beacon Street, Watertown, MA 02472.
