Margaret B. (Brady) Toomey

Mrs. Margaret B. (Brady) Toomey, of Weymouth, passed away on February 20, 2024. She was the beloved wife of the late Jeremiah “Jerry” Toomey, Sr.

Margaret and Jerry lived and raised their family in  Hingham for nearly 50 years. They were involved in numerous community activities. Margaret and her family enjoyed golfing, tennis and spending weekends and vacations on the family boat.

Margaret always enjoyed her time at South Shore Hospital as a volunteer for more than 10 years.

Loving mother of Stephanie Toomey and Kathleen Myerson both of Weymouth and the late Jeremiah “Jerry” Toomey, Jr.

Sister of the late Patricia Leach.

Grandmother of Alexander and Timothy Myerson. Also survived by several nieces and nephews.

A Funeral Mass will be offered on Tuesday February 27  in the Church of the Resurrection, Hingham at 10:30 AM.

Burial will follow in St. Paul’s Cemetery, Hingham.
