Margaret (Peggy) Arbeau, a resident of Dorchester, Massachusetts, passed away peacefully on April 19, 2025, in Milford, Massachusetts. Born in Boston on June 28, 1937, she was the daughter of the late Milford and Catherine Ruth Urquhart. Peggy was predeceased by her sister Jean Nasalski and her husband Paul, as well as her brother David Urquhart.
Peggy is survived by her niece Amy Thibodeau and her husband Tom, who reside in Northbridge, as well as her nephew Joe Nasalski and his wife Rachel of Mendon. She held a special place in her heart for her great-nephews and great-nieces, Nick and Ella Nasalski, and Casey and Andrew Thibodeau.
Peggy had a distinguished career at Blue Cross and Blue Shield, where she dedicated many years of her life. Upon retiring, she devoted the next two decades to her work at the Quincy Community United Methodist Church, where she became an integral member of the QCUMC family, serving with devotion.
A proud Dorchester native, Peggy considered her neighbors as an extension of her family. Her kindness, and commitment to service will be remembered by all who were fortunate enough to know her.
Family and friends will gather to honor Peggy's life with a burial service at Mt. Hope Cemetery in Boston, commencing on April 30, 2025, at 11AM.
Peggy Arbeau leaves behind a legacy of kindness, and a deep impact on her community. She will be profoundly missed.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to The Quincy Community United Methodist Church.
