M. Helen Callahan

Callahan, M. Helen (O’Brien) a resident of Hingham for over 60 years, passed away peacefully at South Shore Hospital June 18, 2014.

Beloved wife of the late Walter F. Callahan.  Loving mother of Brian and his wife Harriet of Halifax, John “Frank” and Walter of Hingham, Kathleen Carlson and her husband Rick of Braintree and the late Timothy Callahan.  Awesome grandmother of Timothy Callahan and Richard and Ryan Carlson.

Helen was an avid BINGO player. She loved spending time with her family and friends and especially cherished her dog, Bingo.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Tuesday 9:00AM in the Pyne Keohane Funeral Home, 21 Emerald St. (off Central St.), HINGHAM. A Funeral service will be celebrated on Tuesday at 10 AM in Pyne Keohane Funeral Home, Hingham. Burial will be private.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Helen may be made to Norwell Visiting Nurse Association, 120 Longwater Drive, Norwell, MA 02061.
