Louise A. Gallagher

Louise A. Gallagher, a lifelong resident of Weymouth, died November 13, 2021 at the age of 72.

Louise worked for the VA Hospital in West Roxbury for many years. She was a generous and kind aunt who always remembered everyone’s birthdays. Her generosity was beyond measure. She was an avid fan of the New England Patriots and Alexander Hamilton.

Daughter of the late Mary (McCarthy) Gallagher and John Joseph Gallagher. Sister of William Gallagher and his wife Bea of Gloucester, VA; John Gallagher and his wife Rosie of Austin, TX; and Paul F. Gallagher and his wife Karin of Downingtown, PA. Devoted aunt of Erin, Jon, Erika, Will, II, Derek; great nieces Kyra, Sophia, Brie, Hadley; and great nephews Tripp, Finn, and Kieran.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to greet the family during the visitation on Wednesday from 1-2 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home SOUTH WEYMOUTH at 809 Main Street (Rte 18 opp. So. Shore Hospital) followed by a funeral service at 2 PM. Burial will be private.
