Lois J. Mccarron

McCarron, Lois J. (Zeghibe) of Weymouth, passed away at home on October 12, 2015 at the age of 69.

Lois was an avid reader and enjoyed crocheting. She was a major fan of Elvis and the Wizard of Oz. She worked as a waitress at Eddie’s Diner in Quincy for many years and was the dining room manager at Grove Manor Estates in Braintree. One of her greatest joys was going out to breakfast and lunch with her family.

Loving mother of Lisa Westland of Brockton, Shelly McCarron and Jamie McAvoy of Quincy, Robert McCarron, Jr. and Tracy of PA, and Donna Schena and Sean of Plymouth. Former wife of the late Robert E. McCarron, Sr. Loving sister of Linda DiPietro of Abington, James Hagerty of KY, Michael Hagerty of Randolph, Suzanne Hagerty of Portland, ME, and Kathy Quinn of Randolph. Cherished “Nana” of Laura, Rachel, Robert, Jack, Kyle, Allie, Josh, Christopher and her new great granddaughter Charlotte. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to gather on Friday from 11-12:30 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home SOUTH WEYMOUTH at 809 Main Street (Rte 18 opp. So. Shore Hospital) followed by a Celebration of Life Service at 12:30 PM.
