Lisa P. Carr

Carr, Lisa P. (1969-2016) of Weymouth MA, passed away on February 22, 2016.

Lisa attended Melrose H.S. (1974-1978). She graduated from the Massachusetts General Hospital Nursing School,1982.  Lisa defined her nursing life as an attentive, registered nurse and integral contributor to the Cardiac Care Unit of MGH (1982-2015). Lisa was well respected by doctors and nurses alike.  Nursing colleagues were her extended family throughout her career and she demonstrated care and compassion in touching many lives.

Beloved daughter of the late Dudley and Veronica Carr, Melrose, MA. Loving sister of Kevin J.Carr, Vineyard Haven, MA, Deborah M. Carr, Tucson, AZ and Christopher M. Carr, Saugus MA. She is also survived by nieces and nephew Caleb Carr, Allison Carr, Vineyard Haven, MA, Camille Costello, Tucson AZ, and Abigail Carr, Saugus MA. 

 Lisa enjoyed both national and international travel, exploring creative and challenging recipes, and was dedicated to her pets. All our love Lisa.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Saturday 19 March 2016 from 2-4 PM in the McDonald-Keohane Funeral Home, South Weymouth, MA, 809 Main Street (Rt.18 opp. So Shore Hospital). Funeral service will follow in the funeral home at 4 PM.
