Linda McGee

Linda McGee passed away Tuesday September 3rd, 2024 at the age of 62. She passed away peacefully after a long and courageous battle. Linda was born in Boston to Patricia Robertson (Leason) and the late Lee Lawson. She was raised in Charlestown and graduated from Julie Billiart Central High School and later went on to take Business Administrative Courses. She most recently worked for Eversource in the IT Department. 

Linda was most known for being a devoted and fiercely loving wife to her husband Joseph and mother to their four sons Joseph, Brendan, Patrick and Aidan McGee. 

She was also a loving sister to her brothers Ray Robertson of Clinton and the late Brian Robertson of Woburn. 

Linda loved spending time with her family and friends. She loved camping with her boys, and beach days with her husband. Linda was an avid reader and a member of a book club with her family and close friends. As a friend Linda was always there with a listening ear and a helping hand. Her presence brought joy and comfort to many and her loyalty, honesty and gregarious nature were unmatched. Linda will be deeply missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her. 

In addition to her Husband, Sons, Mother and Brother, Linda also leaves behind Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, In-laws, Nieces, Nephews and many wonderful Friends. 

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to greet the family at the visitation on Thursday, September 12th, from 4-8 PM at the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock Street, QUINCY. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Keohane Funeral Home on Friday, September 13th, at 9:15AM prior to the Funeral Mass at Sacred Heart Church at 10 AM. Interment will be private.
