Lillian L. Morissette

Morissette, Lillian L. (McNamara) of Hingham, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on July 6, 2016. Lillian grew up in Milton, and spent 52 years in Hingham. She was a graduate of Milton High School and Wyndham Business School in Boston. Lillian worked in the insurance field for many years. Some of Lillian’s hobbies included: skiing, dancing, skating, gardening and hours spent on the beach. Beloved wife of 57 years to the late Joseph A. Morissette. Loving daughter of the late John and Lillian McNamara. Cherished mother of Lillian M. Morissette of Hingham and Debby Morissette also of Hingham. Devoted Nanny to Brittany Morissette. Predeceased by brother John T. McNamara. Dear family friend to the Valentines of Canton. The essence of her life was her family, she was at her happiest when she was surrounded by them. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Monday 4-7 PM in the Pyne Keohane Funeral Home, 21 Emerald St. (off Central St.), HINGHAM. A funeral service will be celebrated on Monday at 7 PM in Pyne Keohane Funeral Home, Hingham. Burial in Milton Cemetery – Milton, Tuesday at 10:45 AM.
