McCrackin, Lillian F. (Rosenthal) of Quincy October 4, 2003. Wife of the late William H. McCrackin. Loving mother of Frances M. & her husband Thomas F. Meade, III, Diane McCrackin and Lillian M. Greene, all of Wollaston. Loving grandmother of Kelly D. Meade of Quincy, Thomas F. Meade, IV of Braintree, William M. Meade (U.S. Army), and Jamie L. Meade of Quincy. Aunt of Rob Rosenthal of Portland, ME. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral from the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., WOLLASTON Thursday at 9 AM. Funeral Mass in Saint Ann’s Church, Wollaston at 10 AM. Visiting hours Wednesday 4-8 PM. Burial in Blue Hill Cemetery, Braintree. Mrs. McCrackin was a member of LCBA (Ladies Catholic Benevolent Assoc.), the Mariannes and the Apostle’s of St. James. She volunteered many hours cutting coupons and collecting cans to raise money and food for Interfaith Social Services Food Pantry in Quincy. Because of her charity work, she was nominated for the Quincy Sun Person of the Year Award. At Emerson Swan Plumbing and Heating in Randolph, she worked in computer billing for 32 years, retiring in 2000. She also enjoyed bowling as a member of St. Ann’s bowling league. She coordinated a bowling league for those who live at the 1000 Southern Artery complex. She graduated from Laboure College in her 50’s as a dietary technician.Donations in memory of Mrs. McCrackin may be made to Interfaith Social Services Food Pantry, 105 Adams St., Quincy, MA 02170 or John Adams Continuing Care Center Activity Fund, 211 Franklin St., Quincy, MA 02169.
