MacNeil, Leslie “Lee” A. (Collins), 53, in Los Angeles, CA. Beloved wife of John A. MacNeil of Malibu, CA & Pocasset, MA. Mother of Amanda C. MacNeil of Malibu, CA & Pocasset, MA. Step-mother of Heather (MacNeil) Kelly of Hingham. Daughter of the late George H. & Edith (Reynolds) Collins, formerly of Quincy. Sister of Michael O. Collins of Quincy & Maria C. Broderick of Kingston, NH. Grandmother of Ryan Murphy Kelly of Hingham. Also survived by four nephews and three nieces. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral from the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., WOLLASTON, Monday at 9 AM. Funeral Mass in Saint Ann’s Church, Wollaston at 10:00 AM. Visiting hours Sunday 2 – 6 PM. Burial in Milton Cemetery, Milton. Lee and her husband John were residents of Malibu, CA, with a secondary residence in Pocasset, MA. This home in Pocasset was an antique ship Captain’s house which they spent several years restoring to the beautiful home that it is today. She would spend the month of August in Pocasset. Lee was always very much involved with her daughter Amanda’s Ballet & Jazz, volunteering for there fundraisers and various events. She was also involved with her school and after school activities. Lee enjoyed working out, reading, crossword puzzles, movies, the beach, and loved Brigham’s Ice Cream. She and John traveled to St. John’s, Jamaica, and Hawaii. She enjoyed the Red Sox, Celtics, Patriots, and watching the America’s Cup Races. Lee will be sadly missed by all her family that treasured her so.
