Black, Leslie C. of Quincy December 22, 2006. Beloved husband of Ruth M. (Harding). Brother of Victor Black & his wife Edith of Sussex, New Brunswick, Robert Black & wife Jean of Salisbury, New Brunswick and the late Glenna Mitton. Brother in law of Mary H. & her husband John Young of Marshfield and Donald Harding & wife Marie of Houlton, ME. Also survived by many nieces & nephews including John & David Young. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., WOLLASTON Wednesday 4-8 PM. Funeral service Thursday at 11 AM in the Wollaston Church of the Nazarene, Quincy. Leslie worked for Jordan Marsh for 30 years. He began in the toy department and retired in 1987 in management. He was the top complaint manager and was responsible for the annual Christmas “Enchanted Village” in Boston. Gardening, traveling, Florida and shopping were a few of his favorite things. After his retirement, he summered in New Brunswick. At the Wollaston Church of the Nazarene, he served as an usher. Family and friends will remember Leslie as a “gentle gentleman”.
