Leonard S. Allison

Allison, Leonard S. of Franklin, formerly of Quincy, died suddenly on January 2, 2008. Husband of the late Rita Y. (Charest) Allison. Loving father of Richard S. Allison of CA, Janet R. Marsh of Franklin and Mark Allison of FL. Brother of Edythe Grenier of Norton and the late Frank Allison and Hilda Scott. Leonard is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. Leonard was an active member at Port Norfolk Yacht Club for many years. A recent member of the American Legion Post # 0462 in Wrentham. Leonard was a friendly man who enjoyed helping others, especially at the yacht club. He also enjoyed fixing things around the house. A proud U.S. Army W.W.II veteran. He will be sadly missed by all those who had the pleasure of knowing him. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral service in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., WOLLASTON, Monday at 12:30 PM. Visiting hours Sunday 1- 4 PM. Burial in Pine Hill Cemetery, Quincy.
