Gullins, Lena A. (Cambria) of Quincy, died March 25, 2014, surrounded by her loving family.
Daughter of the late Anthony and Angelina (Basile) Cambria. Loving mother of Linda Jablonski and her husband, William, of Braintree, John Gullins of Quincy, Maryann Tulimieri- Bump and her husband, Ted, of Florida, and the late Patricia Molloy Gauthier, Joseph Gullins, and Patrick Gullins. Also survived by 16 grandchildren, and 12 great grandchildren. Sister of Angelica Ventola of Reading, and the late Paul, Frank, and Mary Cambria.
Mrs. Gullins was a stitcher most of her life and loved bowling and painting. She was a member of the Quincy Art Association for many years and volunteered to feed the homeless on long island in the later years. She retired from the job she loved as a Quincy Crossing Guard at the age of 82 after 21 years of service. She will be sorely missed by all those who had the pleasure of knowing her.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Thursday 4-8 PM in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., QUINCY. A Celebration of Life Service will be held in the funeral home at 9:15 AM on Friday prior to the Funeral Mass in St. Ann’s Church, Quincy at 10 AM. Burial in Blue Hill Cemetery, Braintree.
