Lawrence “Nunzio” Piscatelli

Piscatelli, Lawrence “Nunzio” of Quincy, passed away June 6, 2011. Beloved husband of the late Anna Mary (Cartolano). Loving father of Laura Piscatelli of Quincy, Marie Fraser and her husband John of Holbrook and Robert Piscatelli and his wife Dianne. Brother of the late Tony, Frankie, Jacko and Nunziata Piscatelli, Mary Rose and Rose Barry. Devoted grandfather of Michael and Kristen Fraser both of Holbrook. Lawrence was also survived by many nieces and nephews. Lawrence was a self employed General Contractor for many years before retiring in 1985. Larry was a proud United States Army Veteran, WWII and Panama Canal. Larry enjoyed fishing, gardening and had a love for animals. He was a member of the George F. Bryant Post in Quincy. Lawrence will be remembered by his family as being a very kind person who was great with people. He will be missed by all who had the pleasure to know him. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Friday 4-8 PM in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., QUINCY. A Celebration of Life Service will be held in the funeral home at 8:45 AM on Saturday prior to the Funeral Mass in Holy Trinity Parish at Most Blessed Sacrament Church, Quincy at 9:30 AM. Burial in St. Michael’s Cemetery, Boston. Donations in memory of Lawrence may be made to Father Bill’s Place, 38 Broad Street, Quincy, MA 02169.
